Before treatment, avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatory medications and blood-thinning supplements for 24-48 hours to reduce bruising risk. Afterwards, avoid intense exercise, hot environments like saunas, and lying face-down for 24 hours. We’ll provide you with full aftercare guidance at your appointment.
