At Boon Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our cancellation and refund policy before booking your appointment.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment at Boon Aesthetics. All deposits are non-refundable. When you attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Provided the required notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
Failure to provide at least 72 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in your deposit being forfeited. Forfeited deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
Lateness
We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments so that we can deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged. Where a deposit has been paid, it will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment payment will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to make a future booking.
For clients booking from a pre-paid treatment package: if you do not attend without prior notice, the full value of that session will be deducted from your package and the session will be counted as completed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To allow us to accommodate all clients fairly, we respectfully request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Standard Appointments
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your scheduled appointment, Boon Aesthetics reserves the right to retain any deposit paid or charge the full treatment fee, as applicable.
Pre-Paid Treatment Packages
For appointments booked using a pre-paid treatment package, the full value of the scheduled session will be deducted from your package if less than 72 hours’ notice is provided or if you do not attend your appointment.
Illness Within the Notice Period
If you become unwell within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and alternative arrangements may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Treatments, services, and products are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased or redeemed. This applies to:
- Treatments carried out in clinic
- Products purchased in clinic
- Pre-paid treatment packages
- Gift cards
- Any treatments or packages booked and purchased online
If you experience an adverse reaction following a treatment or product purchase, please contact Boon Aesthetics as soon as possible. We will assess your concerns and discuss appropriate options, which may include alternative treatments, products, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
By booking an appointment with Boon Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
