What's included in the Microneedling, Dermaplaning & Chemical Peels – Full Facial Course Course at Boon Aesthetics Training Academy?
You must have existing beauty experience or qualifications such as:
- Beauty Therapy Level 2 or above
- Medical / clinical background
- Or completion of Boon Aesthetics’ Pathway to Aesthetics course
Theory Modules:
- Skin anatomy & physiology
- Introduction to microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels
- Understanding active ingredients used in peels (e.g. glycolic, lactic, salicylic acids)
- Benefits, indications & contraindications for each treatment
- Treatment planning and combining techniques safely
- Client consultation and skin analysis
- Managing sensitivities and post-treatment reactions
- Hygiene, health & safety protocols
- Aftercare guidance and client retention
Practical Training:
- Live demonstrations by experienced tutors
- Guided, hands-on practice on live models for all three treatments
- Correct use of microneedling pens and dermaplaning scalpels
- Safe peel application and neutralisation techniques
- Layering and sequencing treatments for maximum effect
- Duration: 2 Days
- Timings: 10am – 4pm
