What's included in the VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy Course at Boon Aesthetics Training Academy?
- All students must be aged 18 or over
- You must have a good understanding of basic English to follow the classwork and coursework effectively
- Completion of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, or a Level 2 or 3 in Skincare/Facials and a Level 3 in Anatomy & Physiology
Our vocational qualification blends home study with practical training days, equipping you with the expertise needed to excel in advanced beauty therapy. You’ll develop skills in:
- Laser and Light Therapies: Learn how to safely and effectively perform laser and IPL treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
- Microdermabrasion Techniques: Master exfoliation and skin resurfacing methods to improve skin texture and tone.
- Advanced Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations, assessing client needs, contraindications, and treatment plans to deliver safe, personalised services.
- Salon Management and Industry Regulations: Gain insight into the operational aspects of running a successful beauty business, including health and safety, compliance, and client care.
Completing this Level 4 course requires undertaking practical assessments, building a portfolio of evidence with written assignments and case studies, participating in e-learning modules, and passing external theory and practical examinations to validate your expertise.
Our Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy course requires one day of training per week for 25 weeks.
